SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, a tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.
Live plants are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid any weekend shipping delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of undamaged and unopened items are accepted 15 days after the items are received (excluding live plants, please read below). If any item appears damaged upon arrival please email pictures of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com within 2 hours of delivery to qualify for a free return and/or replacement.
LIVE PLANTS: For live plants sold through our website, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If the plant arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory state, please email picture(s) of the plant to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of delivery for assessment. If your plant falls ill within a week of delivery (or at any time), please also email us to see how we can help with care.
