RETURN POLICY

Returns of undamaged and unopened items are accepted 15 days after the items are recieved (excluding live plants, please read below). If any item appears damaged upon arrivial please email a picture of the damaged item  to ellensplantedtea@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery to qualify for a free return and/or replacement.

LIVE PLANTS: For live plants sold through our website, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If the plant arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory state, please email a picture of the plant to ellensplantedtea@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery to assess qualification for a free return and/or replacement. If your plant falls ill within a week of delivery (or at any time), please also email us to assess and care issues and see how we can help. 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments securely through WIX payment methods as well as through PayPal. If meeting for pickup locally, we can accept cash payments (tax is still included).
